Viewing the house the agent seemed very eager to sell the house yet seemed to know nothing about the house when we asked, compared to other estate agents in the area who came prepared with things to tell us instead of trying to be a salesman without the knowledge. Not knowing anything about the house you are selling and making us wait an extremely long time past our booked viewing time to show up is unacceptable. An agent who does not answer your question is a red flag something is wrong, or they didnt bother to come prepared. If you look on the website sometimes there are rooms they do not show you in pictures such as backyard, that means they dont want to show you what a bad state its in. Which happened with us multiple viewings. Do not buy a house from these guys with their uncaring attitude.
