Offered me a flat, once I accepted said that the landlord wants to host 10 more viewings even though they legally offered me the flat. Very unprofessional service from Corum especially in terms of the marketing materials. The floor plan they made was nonsense, the marketing text had clearly been thrown together and was riddled with mistakes (you would think an estate agent would know what is and isn’t a bay window?). I spent far too much time chasing them up to correct mistakes a school kid should have spotted. It’s clear they just want to collect their (fixed) fee for as little work as possible.... Read more
