19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I am leaving a 5 star review however this is simply for Chloe McPhee in the Hamilton office of Countrywide (sadly now moved to another office). We vetted several letting agents and chose Countrywide due to how personal Chloe made the process and how much she kept us in touch with what was going on. Becoming a landlord was a new venture and she made it all very easy.<br>Since she has moved I have had zero correspondence from the office (Chloe has kept in touch despite not being her role anymore...thank you Chloe), and I was only aware the tenants had even moved in after emailing Chloe to find out.<br><br>Thankfully the tenants move in was smooth and I have visited them to iron out a couple of mainetance issues I wanted to get done.<br>5 Stars for Chloe.- 25th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Countrywide were very knowledgeable of the area and offered very competitive pricing. They kept us updated every step of the process and made the overall experience very easy and positive.

My dealings have been with the Shawlands branch, through whom I recently purchased my flat. They have been: unfailingly helpful; conducted the viewing in a friendly and knowledgeable way ( not my universal experience with other estate agents covering this part of Glasgow); highly responsive in getting answers to all my questions; and efficient in handling all aspects of the buying process.<br>I would unhesitatingly recommend them. My sincere thanks to Ellenor and her team.<br>PS Just in case you’re wondering, they did not invite me to make this review, I offered to write one because they deserve praise for the way they conducted business with me.

4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)My daughter and I recently had a very positive experience with AVJ Home Letting from the moment we contacted them, to the moment we picked up the keys to the property. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. A special mention to Vijay, who showed us around the property. He was incredibly professional and welcoming. He gave us plenty of time to look around without any rush and was clear about all the details. It's easy to see that they take customer care very seriously. 19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We have been Corum customers for a number of years (this is our third sale and purchase with them) but the first time dealing with this branch. The service we received was everything we have come to expect from Corum and more.<br><br>Transactions these days seem to be much more stressful than we have experienced before and this sale/purchase in particular was up and down for months. Nicola and the team were exceptional and got us where we needed to be, whilst keeping things as calm and seemless as possible.<br><br>We would not hesitate in recommending Corum and we really would like to make a special mention about Nicola who was absolutely wonderful!

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. From the estimation appointment with Angela, the pictures with Joyce and the contact with the amazing staff in the office....it has been stress free. My house sold quickly and we were guided through the process and kept up to date. Our buyer also used Joyce Heeps Homes and I have been updated regarding our chain. I have used previous estate agents in EK and I felt frustrated at times with the lack of contact. This was completely different.

When my husband and I embarked upon this journey, we could not have anticipated the bumps along the way. The experience of Alison and Daniel has really helped us to get to where we are today. Daniel has literally gone above and beyond. We never doubted that he was as invested as us. No request has ever been too great. The professional yet personal approach has made a massive difference during a time of much uncertainty. We cannot recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for their service.

They impressed with their knowledge, efficiency and ultimately securing an offer well above expectations in just four days. Dario, Karen and the team handled everything and were available at all times to answer questions. If I was Len, I would give them ten, I am not Len, but its still 10/10, I have no hesitation in recommending Unicorn Homes.

Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.
