Always responsive if there were issues to resolve and respectful of our schedules when arranging visits. We have just bought the house which we had been renting and they were great throughout that process too!
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)A series of unfortunate events (on the sellers part) meant I could never complete on the house I was buying through Robinson’s.<br><br>Charlie was really good and worked until the death of the transaction to try and get things through.<br><br>Gutted to have not made it work but the determination, willing and genuine care was really visible throughout.<br><br>Special shout out to Mark too!!

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout my experience.<br><br>After submitting an offer on a property, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. On several occasions I was told the negotiator was unavailable and that I should call back later. I wasn’t kept informed about whether my offer had been presented or what the seller’s response was, and I felt I had to do all the chasing rather than being updated proactively.<br><br>Most of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. However, my experience with Winston was very disappointing. While I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. I also felt that the call ended abruptly, as he put the phone down before I had finished explaining my point. That left me feeling frustrated and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.<br><br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and clear, respectful communication is essential. Even if there is no update from the seller, a simple phone call or email to keep buyers informed would make a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the branch takes this feedback on board and improves both its communication and customer service.

Our move from Dundee in Scotland to Biggleswade, could have been a lot more stressful had it not been for this lovely, friendly, approachable team who were always happy to go above and beyond in arranging several visits, often at quite short notice, for us to view some houses on our short visits down from Scotland. They were always extremely professional and caring with a pro-active approach, learning our needs and desires of what we wanted from our new home. With an incredibly deep knowledge of the local market, they soon identified a house that suited our needs., exactly. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we are absolutely delighted. From the very beginning, their entire team demonstrated incredible expertise, professionalism, and genuine guidance throughout the whole process of selling my property.<br><br>?A special mention to Nick, who was fantastic throughout, and a huge shout out to Gerda, who was absolutely instrumental in bringing everything across the finish line. Together, they acted as the ultimate bridge between all parties, keeping communication flowing seamlessly, ensuring everyone is on track and pushing through to a successful exchange and completion.

15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Just an update regarding my deposit claim. Ideal property informed DPS that i left the property without giving a two months notice which is a big LIE. I arrange this with them and also explaining my reasons for the short notice as it was a family emergency. I agreed a fees with the landlord to pay which was £800 which was paid. Ideal property said i did missed two months rent which i have never missed rent payment. It is strange seeing people acting in this way. I will not recommend anyone to this agency.

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Definetly was not happy with Taylors in Dunstable. It was obvious I actually never understood anything when selling my home..But, I soon learnt literally overnight and realised the extortionate price 'he' charged me using a silly printed piece of paper with figures on and with no percentage either stating the fees on selling a home. As 'he' smugly pointed out "he was worth it" luckily with help from a friend who pretended she was selling her house to find out the fees from Taylors, I realised i could get a 1 % fee instead of his greedy extras on top.<br>They never sold my home reason being it was over priced and it was their price and not mine..I had 2 viewings which i still believe were fake and was let down each time an hour before and one actual viewing with half hour notice given however, but with a lovely young lady from Taylors and she gave me feedback straight away.<br>Yet I still would never ever use Taylors again because it was all about making extra money from me in anyway 'he' could.- 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)10 Crawley Green Road house view<br>Very nice and spacious house, Millie provided a good customer service, and we really appreciate that even the landlord was there and very kind answered to whole our questions.<br>Thank you so much for the opportunity to meet you and showing around!<br>Excellent property for families.
