Having to sell a house that has been in a family for many years could have been a very stressful experience but was made so much easier by their professionalism, empathy & understanding. Special mention to Charlie who was always so quick in responding to any messages/concerns i had, always keeping me up to date with everything.<br>I would highly recommend this family run company.

I really appreciated you both making yourselves available at short notice to deal with the situation. Your knowledge and experience are second to none. I felt very comfortable taking the tenant to court, and I was even able to recover my court fees. I would highly recommend the landlord support service.

Every problem my tenants have is sorted out super fast and with no stress to myself. Angelika Izydorek has been so very She always responds to my emails the same day, I have no worries as Angelika is very competent and knows how to deal with all aspects of rental management. I really cant fault the service I have had with M&Co over the years. They take away the stress I would surely have if I tried to manage the properties myself.

1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I viewed a property with Ali from Nova and he did such a great job in showing me around that I walked away with him being the agent for the sale of my property , fast forward 3 months and I have moved into that same property I saw , Nova sold my property and it has been a seamless wonderful experience topped off with great ongoing service from Gerda after offers were accepted. She kept me up to date and kept me informed and was the first to congratulate me. A great experience from a wonderful team .

27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had seen a lot of negative reviews about Ideal Property but I chose to ignore the red flags because, with every review, they seemed to have a defence or explanation for what people had experienced. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand the seriousness of those reviews until I experienced it myself.<br><br>I genuinely regret the day I decided to become your tenant and I sincerely hope our paths never cross again.<br><br>I’m sure you may come under this review to defend yourself, just as you have responded to others. However, I hope anyone considering becoming a tenant or working with you will take the negative reviews seriously and not make the same mistake I made by dismissing them.<br><br>I can confidently say that my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when I first saw the numerous negative reviews.<br><br>I’m sharing my experience as a warning to others: please do your research, pay attention to the red flags and don’t ignore repeated negative experiences from previous tenants.<br><br>For me, this has been a serious wake-up call and I hope someone else can learn from my experience and avoid going through the same situation.
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was extremely pleased with the professional experience I had when selling my property through Goodacres based on Castle Road.<br>I cannot recommend the whole team enough as they made the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible when selling and buying properties.<br>From start to finish the team were great, Josh valued my property taking some great photos and describing perfectly whilst Arden dealt with the viewings.<br>My property sold for asking price within a week of going on the market which was fantastic and let us concrete on buying out of the area otherwise I’m sure I would’ve purchased through Goodacres too.<br>Chloe then took over the sales progression and was amazing, she was very professional, informative, and a joy to deal with particularly when our solictors weren’t keeping us in the loop (I should’ve taken Chloe’s advice on Goodacres recommended solictors).<br>Huge thanks to the whole team I will and have recommended to family, friends, and colleagues you all made what can be a stressful and sometimes long experience into a positive one! ??????<br>All the best Gary
