They kept us informed throughout the entire process, answered all our questions and made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.<br><br>A special thank you to the whole team for their hard work, communication and dedication. We felt that our sale was in very good hands and we were very happy with the service we received.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10!<br><br>Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process – during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.<br><br>We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. They are streets ahead of the other players in the market and would unquestionably be our first choice again in future.<br><br>Michael
