They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really poor customer service. Very dismissive when asked to view a property, refused to take any details of our position that we are on the market or the cash buying options. Very disappointing compared to other agents we have used in the area.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We’ve had a great experience using Jones and Chapman’s in house mortgage service in Wallasey - Georgina Dale has been such an invaluable help. We tried another high rated mortgage broker before trying Georgina who was recommended to us and she provided what we felt was a much better all round service. We wouldn’t be able to buy the house we’re getting without her help. Not only did she manage to get us a much better mortgage offer than other places but she also explained everything so well throughout the process so we felt really well informed . She really has gone over and above helping us through every step. Couldn’t recommend more!

While there were definitely many ups and downs throughout the process, Rebecca and Claire were absolutely phenomenal in helping me navigate through it all. They provided exceptional support, always keeping me updated and ensuring I was well-informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. Highly recommend John and Champon Prenton, and a special thank you to Rebecca and Claire!
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)We sold our house 3yrs ago we had 3 valuation and Karl tatler was the middle of the valuation so went with them. I specifically asked if I went with them I didnt want a board outside my house and they agreed, the following day a board appeared outside our house, we were out so didnt see it till we came back. I phoned them the very next day to complain & they said they would take it down as I said the damage was done so left it, just shows they do not listen to your wishes.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They did respond to my request to reshoot some photos which was very helpful and unlike other agents I have used. Always friendly and after sales has been really good too.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We dealt with Darren for the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house. Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys
