They were always on hand when needed if i had a question through whats app and the telephone. Would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking to sell a Property. 5 stars from me.

They keep me informed, provide clear inspection reports, give me confidence that the property is being properly looked after, and help ensure I get value for money by working with effective yet competitive contractors.<br><br>Highly recommended.

30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)After being with a different estate agent that was not responsive or proactive, shifting to Bradshaw Farnham and Lea to sell our house was the best move we could have made. The entire BFL team were informed, professional and supportive from the outset, and in particular Amy Matson and Tom Boothroyd really helped ease us through the process. Regular updates kept us in the loop, and any questions we had were quickly responded to – removing stress and making the process as hassle free as possible for us. Amy helped follow-up with vendor questions and technical requirements, and the sale was extremely quick and much faster than we were expecting. Overall, I would highly recommend BFL and would definitely use them again in the future.

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!
