23rd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Not too impressed We had a number of viewings but never had any feedback from Bidwells. As far as I can tell they also did not follow up on the potential buyers. Not overly impressed. We have now taken the house of the market and will relist with another agent.

They kept us well informed throughout the process and we felt we could easily turn to them for help with any questions or concerns. Everyone we spoke to was so friendly and we would definitely use them again in the future!

I was impressed that the agent who valued the property did most of the viewings, meaning he was able to talk really convincingly about the property. We sold slightly under the guide price (during a difficult time in the market) but still at a higher price than what other agents had valued the flat at.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)All of the staff were so helpful throughout the sale process.<br>Having never had to sell a property before, we had no idea what to do or expect.<br>From their first visit to the house, the photos, solicitors, viewings, questions from the buyers, they kept us informed regularly, answering any questions we had, explaining anything we were unsure of.<br>It was a very emotional time for me selling my parents forever home. They were so supportive & understanding throughout.
