After our original house purchase fell through, the whole team went above and beyond to help us find another property, and thanks to their efforts, we ended up finding our perfect home!<br><br>A very special mention has to go to Ellie O’Neil, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, helpful, reassuring and always kept us informed every step of the way. Even when I was probably being a little neurotic with all my questions and worries, Ellie never made me feel like anything was too much trouble!<br><br>What could have been a really stressful and disappointing experience turned into such a positive one, and that’s largely down to the dedication and genuine care shown by the team.<br><br>We’ve now got the keys to our beautiful new home and couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Ellie and everyone involved for helping us get here. Five stars simply aren’t enough!

Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house. We did not even need to advertise. They worked so hard to keep everyone in the chain updated, we never had to chase them as they always kept us notified. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy. Brilliant experience.

Rob came out to value it very quickly, and within a week we had photos done and were on the market.<br><br>Jen was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was brilliant from start to finish, she kept us updated after every viewing, arranged everything quickly and managed to secure the price we wanted for our house.<br><br>She was also amazing at chasing solicitors and making sure everything kept moving, which made what can be a very stressful process feel so much smoother.<br><br>We’re now in our forever family home and couldn’t be happier. We’re so grateful to Jen and Rob for all their hard work and would definitely recommend Margaret James to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.

18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
