The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)We had a very poor experience trying to let our property with JDM. We did not receive a single valid offer in over 3 months. The one offer received had a dog which we stated at the outset is not permitted by the headlease. Within 2 weeks of moving to another estate agent, we accepted an offer. I had to regularly chase for updates and re-wrote the listing blurb. I felt it was an overall poor experience with little enthusiasm and drive to complete the letting!

She was so great to contact and has got back to me so quickly even with silly questions as me being someone who had no idea what they were doing! Would highly recommend the company as so helpful and made everything so much easier!

They remained in contact throughout the sales process and were flexible when arranging appointments. They made the process so much easier as a first time buyer and their solicitor recommendation did not disappoint.

I then moved to Bairstow Eves and Amy and Will were fantastic and managed to find tenants within a few days. The whole process was very seamless with them and they kept on top of everything brilliantly, would highly recommend them!

He has taken a thorough, personal and speedy approach to our sale and has been really supportive since he first showed us the property we are close to completing on. Junaid is very fair, balancing both our needs as buyers and the sellers as well - not an easy job. He has made fantastic recommendations, communicated excellently and is always willing to go an extra mile, always with a smile. I have also appreciated that when he is unavailable, he makes sure we are left in good hands and that we are still looked after. As a result, can’t recommend Mann, and Junaid highly enough. Big thank you from all of us ??????

From the first meeting before instruction, they were incredibly helpful and professional and we now have our dream home thanks to all their hard work. In particular, Jak Wheeler has been instrumental in making sure the process has been as smooth as possible and has sorted out any potential hold ups in a calm and proactive way. Jak has gone above and beyond in helping us sell our home and we will be forever thankful to him for negotiating and securing our now forever home. 25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)I recently dealt as a residential property buyer with Joe at this Foxton branch and I have nothing but praise. He was very accommodating in arranging viewings matching my availability and followed up my inquiry quickly. Submitting an offer to purchase was straightforward. All communicatio were prompt, which frankly is what matters the most to me. I can't speak for selling a property, but fir buying I can certainly recommend this branch.
14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)When moat housing took over maintenance/repairs they were all for responses quickly & accurately. While I only trust certain maintenance workers with 100% expertise. I now have experienced customers service very poor & lacking respect for their tenants. With a visit recently about having new windows & doors I found the approach was very frustrating & all one sided to say the least.. we was left very distraught & the anxiety levels pushed to 100%. We now find ourselves not confident with this company with regards have been in our house many yrs...with them having 10yrs contract left I hope they can improve the way they used to be and find that also works carried out are of high standard and respect to tenants always not all one-sided..- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Molly helped us through the whole way. Highly recommend working with him and the team at Leo Newman!- 7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Called foxtons Croydon to view a flat in and spoken with Charlie , asked him for and appointment and he said he will come back to me, I made clear that I’m interested only for that flat viewing . After view days received call from them suggested other flats , I did explain to them that I’m interested in other flats but only on this one and still waiting for a response on the appointment confirmation, next got call and we confirmed the viewing . 1 day before viewing received a call that 2 offers are being made below asking price however I told that I still want to see the property and since the offer were below asking price I can still make a better offer . 9:20am Saturday 40min before my appointment I get which says the flat is no longer available that seller has accept and offer on Saturday and they told I will let you know once it’s still available. I has lucky enough to have seller number and I text him and he said that he was still waiting for few more viewing and then he will make a decision so clearly they are doing something dodgy and are not trustworthy as they are lying . First time I experienced such an unprofessional behaviour. I have being involved in many properties viewing selling before and never seeing something like that .

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
