Our home was treated with total respect and getting our sale over the line was something they paid full attention to. Richard was great in setting it all up, and Jordan, Sonya and the rest of the staff there, including Saturday lady Kate all played big parts. All managed so well by Matthew in the office, who knew how to manage my nerves! Highly recommended.

From start to finish, Jack O’Malley was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.<br>He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight all the key features of the property that matched my needs. However Rashel took such great care of us, we honestly couldn’t have met a better person to advise use. He was fantastic from start to finish, he talked through every detail with us and explained everything in detail. Even keeping us updated throughout the whole process which was a relief, he handled everything perfectly and I again couldn’t have wished for a more perfect person to have helped us towards our first home. If you’re ever in Connells i would highly recommend seeking Rashel out for their services especially any first time buyers as he was fantastic!

Colin supported us with responsive service and pragmatic advice, he worked tirelessly to manage our chain. Ross provided thoughtful advice, great listening and showed a great understanding of our needs. They also have a great sense of humour which is much needed in stressful situations. The whole way through Zoe kept us updated and was always checking in, we have not had this experience with other estate agents. We will 100% be using Tim Russ Wendover again.
14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)I filled out an online form to request a viewing of a property. A few days later, having still not received a response, I continued chasing the letting agent. I finally managed to get through to them by phone this morning, only to be met with a complete lack of interest in my call and told that the property was no longer available.<br>The whole experience was disappointing and demonstrated a real lack of good customer service and communication. A simple update would have saved me time and unnecessary frustration.

6th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)We have had a brilliant experience with WeSoldIt with particular mention of Rachel and Chase. Chase showed us round multiple different properties, he was highly professional and highly knowledgable of each property and was able to answer any question that we had. He very quickly got to know what our ideal home ‘looked like’ and sent us homes that matched that criteria, thanks to Chase we are now in our dream first home! We then went on to work with Rachel who was our main contact throughout the sale. Rachel couldn’t have kept us more in the loop! She checked in with us on an almost daily basis to let us know the status of what was happening behind the scenes (when it can feel that nothing is actually happening!). We felt so lucky to have such a strong level of communication from Rachel as it left us feeling so reassured throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. We would highly recommend them—and especially Ellen—to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive letting experience.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
