11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)What can i say? Called on the morning of 2nd March and spoke to Swati on the phone requesting a same day viewing of an apartment to rent that had just gone up same day. Quickly booked and both agreed for 14:30. Advised me I’ll be meeting Maryam at the property. My first time moving into a place where it’s all on me. The advice the help these 2 ladies have given is amazing. Viewed the place with Maryam and Maryam just stepped to the side and said ‘you view it and then we speak’ i loved that! Usually when i have been viewing the estate agents want to rush and get it over and done with but Maryam allowing me to do that and speak to family at same time had my nerves settled. We spoke had a few laughs and i just knew this place was the one but the hard part was me moving in within a week. These ladies were on top of it to ensure everything was done correctly and also done swiftly. Swati helped me understand some things and also helped me with the formalities smoothly. They met the target of my moving in date and went to go collect the keys after work from Maryam at the store and its like she knew i was coming she was ready with everything. I want to say to both of you ladies. You both are amazing at what you do. Please keep doing what you are doing and never change. 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)We had an excellent experience as first-time buyers with Brown and Merry. From the very beginning, the team was supportive, professional, and approachable throughout the whole process. We first met Ed, who guided us through our house viewings. He was very professional and well prepared, always able to give honest answers to our questions. He also played a crucial role in helping us during the negotiation of our offer. We decided to use the broker they recommended, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Hermione was extremely professional and attentive, always kind and patient with all of our questions. She worked hard to find answers and support us throughout the process. There were some difficulties and delays along the way, but she kept us informed whenever there were updates and directed us to the right people when needed. The broker also helped us arrange our insurances and our will, which was incredibly helpful at a time when there were so many things to organise. Gary handled the liaison between us and the seller, and he did a great job keeping communication clear and moving things forward. Thank you all for the great work. We would definitely use Brown and Merry again in the future if we require estate agent services. The whole team was both professional and genuinely human, understanding the emotions their clients go through during such an important process.
16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Communication was clear and timely throughout, and they were always happy to answer questions or offer honest advice. I felt confident I was in good hands the whole way through. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or Chancellors to others.

We had a very positive experience with Shannon Lumbard who was instrumental in helping us reach completion. Without her consistently monitoring, following up and ensuring all parties were doing what needs to be done, I'm not sure if we would have been able to complete. Due to volatility in the market and even some last minute challenges that caused a lot of stress for all involved, Shannon consistently and professionally worked with us (as well as our own estate agents) to ensure all parties navigated them and sought out any decisions from the seller's and their chain professionally and responsively. We developed great rapport with her during the process, as she took account of our own circumstances and needs for our purchase too, even though we were on the buying side. Whether buying or selling a property, I cannot recommend Shannon enough! Thank you so much to you and all the team at Chancellors.

If he said he would do something, he would always do it. I wish Kane and the Oakwood Estate team the absolute best.

Everyone was respectful of my property during viewings and once I'd found a buyer they answered all queries quickly and chased up all parties to move things along as smoothly as possible. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. 4th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)College and county has looked after two rental houses for me for several years and they take all the hassle out of my life. They select great tenants and give regular feedback on how the letting is progressing, they also deal efficiently with the normal household problems like drains, appliance breakages and keep me informed with me having to interrupt my day to sort them out. They have also negotiated HMO licences with the council on my behalf. I have had requests from other letting agencies but am not going to change. Thank you C&C
