Matthew Craft was simply excellent to work with and ably supported by the Frost team in GX. We were kept fully informed at all times despite time zone challenges etc. Matthew is simply one of the best professionals we have ever worked with - and we have bought and sold many properties in several countries. We would highly recommend him to anyone and are most grateful for all his work with us.

They have been extremely helpful throughout, dealing efficiently with my many questions and concerns (sorry!). Mia went above and beyond to make things happen when I thought they wouldn’t.<br><br>I’ve had a fair few issues with the property I’ve just moved into, which are not Simmons and Son’s fault, but Mia and Danielle have ensured everything has been dealt with quickly, which I really appreciate.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Simmons and Son and especially Mia and Danielle—both are kind, patient, and very supportive. I’m glad to have them helping me as I settle into my new home and for anything I may need in the future during my time at the property.<br><br>I would also like to mention the office based at Farnham road has a really nice interior, not like any other estate agents I've seen!<br><br>Thank you both so much for everything so far ????????????

As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

We decided to approach Beasleys after deciding to part ways with a previous estate agent we used as it just dragged on. Jake came to our house to value and market our property, from the moment we met him we knew straight away this is the company we want to sell our house, honest, genuine, polite, spoke like a true professional, we knew he was someone we could trust, which is reassuring, he explained everything to us and gave us plenty of advice along the way. A special mention to Charlie aswell, who sold our house and got herself familiar with our property to answer any questions from prospective buyers, again, very impressed with her approach. Paul was great throughout the whole process - knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and never put any pressure on us. He was also very supportive keeping the sellers up to date and onside when we had an abortive sale on our side. Paul help keep the sale on track. Just a nice guy in fact. Out of the three separate agents who attended , she was by far the most friendly and professional with an eye for detail. Based on this, we chose Frosts to handle the sale. What should have been a straight forward chain free transaction turned out to be time consuming and difficult not to mention stressful! Jacqui however was always supportive and "on the case". Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thanks to her, the transaction eventually completed and we are so grateful. We highly recommend Frosts. Their A1 service is second to none.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. As long-term tenants, what has stood out most is their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for both the property and the people living in it. A special mention has to go to Ellen Horsley, who has been an exceptional point of contact throughout our tenancy. Ellen is always approachable, responsive, and incredibly efficient. Whether it’s been routine queries, maintenance requests, or general support, she has handled everything promptly and with a friendly, reassuring attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values building good relationships with tenants. The agency as a whole has been organized and transparent, making the renting process smooth and stress-free over the years. Communication has always been clear, and any issues have been resolved quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a letting agency that combines efficiency with such a personal touch, and we feel very fortunate to have been tenants with College and County. 5th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
