From start to finish, they were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. They kept me consistently informed at every stage, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and clearly. Their communication was excellent, and it felt like they actually cared about making sure everything went smoothly for me, not just getting things done. I always knew where I stood, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’d highly recommend Claudia and Eden to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive lettings team.

I have no hesitation in recommending them. Special thanks to Anne, Terry and most of all Lynne, who has been so brilliant at keeping me up to date with how the sale was progressing. I accepted an offer on 2nd February and my house was completed on 2nd April !!! All thanks to Your Move.
25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)I had a really great experience with Northwood throughout my purchase. The whole process can be stressful at times, but they made it feel much more straightforward. Liam was amazing from start to finish. He was always helpful, easy to speak to, and kept me updated the whole way through. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for him, and he made sure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was how approachable and reliable he was. If I had any questions, he’d always come back to me quickly and explain things clearly. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend Northwood, especially if you get to work with Liam.

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. The whole team was professional and helpful, but a special shout-out to Evelina – she was absolutely fantastic. We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!

From the First day I asked to view the house I was interested She has go above and beyond to make the home we want our dream home.
