27th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Extremely efficient. Friendly, supportive as a widow not understanding moving/selling situations. Knowledgeable. More of a friend than an agent right from the start. Explained things in a way people can understand.

15th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I've had the great pleasure of working with Ana and her team on a number of occasions. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.
7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Enthusiastic team with good communication
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)Jemima at Burnett's was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish on the sale of our home. She was patient, responsive, and incredibly proactive throughout in what historically has been a challenging sale and purchase in a tough market — always keeping us informed, chasing things up on our behalf, and helping smooth over a few bumps along the way with real tact and professionalism. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to help keep everyone in the chain calm and moving forward when things got stressful. We really felt looked after, and we're genuinely grateful for everything she did to get us over the line. Couldn't recommend Jemima and Burnett's more highly — thank you for everything!
