They have managed my properties with efficiency and fairness whilst always having time to discuss issues with me. Several of my property's have also been sold by them with again being very helpful and always on hand to direct and advise. Thank you

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had a very bad experience with heart....two times..l went with them ..and both times..was a waste of time....l don't think Thay no what they are doing......l think heart s are crap......one of the worsed estate agent s around........ very poor......- 2nd Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)i actually used oakheart and they were by far the best agent ive used so far , its a shame i didnt use them from the start as i had to go through 2 others first. i would highly recommend them in my area very good knowledge and i would use again 100%

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.
