They got us a viewing very quickly and the application process was very smooth and straightforward, from getting quick responses to the time it took to complete our application process was way more than what we were expecting. 19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Some of the property management agents at Martin & Co are polite and respectful. They respond quickly and answer questions promptly. I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.

Michelle Chapman did a great job of keeping everything organised and moving along efficiently. Having the majority of the process handled through email was convenient with my busy schedule and made everything much easier to manage remotely.<br><br>I really appreciated Michelle’s communication and assistance throughout the process, from coordinating everything to answering all of my questions and making sure I knew what was needed along the way.<br><br>Overall, I’m happy with the service I received and would recommend Michelle and the Shires team to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agent.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. Thank you, Stuart and team.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)We chose Hubbards as we were impressed with their positivity when we initially spoke with different members of staff, something we missed in the agency we were initially with. However the volume of viewings forecast did not materialise, there was no one contact person who seemed to manage the case and email communication was not great. We also felt we were being pressed to make decisions that we felt were not fair to the other agent. When we notified them by email that we had sold with the other agent it wasn’t even acknowledged.- 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Nicole supported us from start to finish throughout what turned out to be an incredibly lengthy and stressful rental process. She kept in regular contact every step of the way, providing frequent updates and always taking the time to reassure us with phone calls and emails.<br><br>Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the Lomond rental/management company, and there were multiple occasions where it seemed like we were going to lose the property altogether. Despite all the setbacks, Nicole never stopped fighting our corner. She went above and beyond, chasing every avenue possible and doing everything she could to ensure we secured the property we’d been waiting for all along.<br><br>Throughout the entire process, Nicole was patient, persistent, professional and incredibly thorough. If it wasn’t for her determination, we genuinely believe we would have been left without a home, with our current rental property now sold and the buyers due to exchange and complete within the week.<br><br>Although the process itself was far from straightforward, Nicole made everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to rent a property. She is a real credit to the company.

She worked quickly to help us secure a property we absolutely loved and made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was how supportive and approachable Georgia was every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always happy to answer our questions and keep us updated. Even after we moved in, she has continued to help with any queries or concerns we've had while settling into our new home.<br><br>We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Sally, in particular, has gone above and beyond to make a recent very tricky and complex transaction successful. She has been so supportive during a long and frustrating time and helped to keep us informed and updated on progress. You will not be disappointed in their service and advice.
