Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. 22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
28th May 2025 (1 year ago)Wasn’t impressed with the photos or marketing blurb. Other agencies valued the property lower. I went with WWP as the highest valuation as they seemed confident they could achieve that price. With hindsight it was definitely over valued.

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I had a fantastic experience with John Francis in Carmarthen throughout my property purchase, and I especially want to mention Claire, who was brilliant from start to finish.<br><br>The communication was excellent. Claire kept me updated throughout and relayed everything from the auction house and seller clearly and promptly, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br><br>She was always professional, approachable and extremely helpful. I really appreciated how well she kept everything moving and made sure I was never left wondering what was happening.<br><br>A massive thank you to Claire and the John Francis team — I’d have no hesitation recommending them!

13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)When telling your clients the package, tell them the whole package and don't give them disinformation. £999 was what we were verbally told until house was sold. Not for six months marketing. Shocking tactics, to then tell you that the marketing is buried deep in the terms and conditions. Shame on you, I hope you can sleep at night.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
