It was a bit of a long and bizarre house situation, and although the legal side of things wasn’t even her responsibility, Sophie was always happy to help and went out of her way to keep things moving. Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again.
