8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

8th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Despite the staff being polite there were organisational and communication issues during the sales process. The keys were unavailable on one occasion hence one viewing was done by myself and the agent, and the agent struggled to answer questions asked by the buyer. The process was more stressful than it needed to be and overall I was dissatisfied with the process. I have been disappointed by both the service and costs involved and feel justified in asking for a reduction of fees- 1st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Michelle and Michael have been excellent, helpful, and understanding throughout the process.
14th May 2023 (3 years ago)We had a first class experience selling the family home , my late Mother's property with Watsons. Although neither my brother nor myself are local, I could tell Mark was a man of integrity on our first meeting and knew Watsons would help us achieve the best price possible. Their whole process was handled professionally, and we are delighted with the service we received and of course the result. Many thanks!

3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)31st March Offered on a bungalow for mum to live in, completed on 21st May, her house valued on 20th May by William h brown Dewsbury, sold on 22nd and completes tomorrow 3rd July, it was clearly meant to be as everything could not have come together more smoothly. Used all WHB services for the sale and its completion.
