8th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.

5th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Incredibly rude estate agent at a viewing today. Didn't warn it was an open viewing as well. Lied about the state of property and features of the property. Very disappointed and I definitely will not be going for any properties with them. Would not recommend dealing with them.
