28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)We were the ones communicating with them rather than them keeping us up to date. The first viewing out of only 3 only took 8 minutes which is not long enough. We did let them know. Overall not great at all, hence moved agents.

4th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I was extremely interested in a property with this agency last month , but they never answer the phone and never reply to emails. I tried multiple times over several weeks and couldn’t get a single response. If this is how they communicate with potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they’d handle anything once you’ve actually moved in. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time don’t even bother.
