3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Used for the sale of my property and was rather underwhelmed by the overall service. I had to chase to see what was happening as got no comms from them even the week before completion i had to chase all parties as buyers solicitor was responding...Then once the sale had completed, never got a thank you for your business, nothing, its as though it , weve got your money now. Our agent we are buying new property kept asking for updates and got zero reply and had to ask me for an update. Am sure when using estate agents they are supposed to take all this out of the process for you, give you updates etc.<br><br>Disappointed

Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, and communication was always friendly and helpful.<br><br>A special thank you to Ocean Warwick, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was very helpful, approachable and kept me informed throughout the process, which made everything much easier.<br><br>I’m really happy with my new home and would definitely recommend their service.
