15th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend

He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.

18th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Rented a property with Walton Residential for over 2 years (after being a flat renter in London for close to 15!) and had a pleasant experience with the whole process (thank you so much Pat!) : all interactions were very respectful and empathic, issues within the flat during the tenancy were dealt with very efficiently, the exit process was run very fairly too. To be clear to landlords, I am NOT saying Walton was lenient to us, tenants - among others, there was quite some negotiating involved or we've seen our tenancy conditions on renewal adjusted to reflect the market conditions at the time. But everything was done with a personal, fair and sensible approach., which was very appreciated

16th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Disappointing experience. I submitted the required documents for a business property enquiry, but the process involved slow communication and repeated delays. After several months, there was still no outcome. It was a frustrating experience and a considerable waste of time.- 21st Dec 2020 (5 years ago)I can highly recommend Unique Property Company. We found them doing a google search as we were selling a rather unique property! Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. They consistently displayed a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. Appointments were frequently rescheduled or canceled at the last minute without proper notice, and communication was poor throughout the entire process. My concerns were not taken seriously, making the experience frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient estate agent.
2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have been very happy with Lion Wolf. I tried one of the more traditional estate agents to sell my shared ownership flat but was not impressed with their efforts. Lion Wolf were far more proactive in trying to find a buyer and much more forthcoming with feedback. The terrible shared ownership system meant I couldn’t sell, but once I was in a position to rent it out, I knew they were the best people to engage. They found a tenant quickly and are also quick to communicate any issues with the flat and sort them out promptly, which means I have little to worry about. I would recommend them.
