2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Angelina at GLP.<br><br>During more than a month of searching for a flat in London, she was the only agent who consistently followed up with me, stayed in touch, and genuinely tried to understand what I was looking for.<br><br>What really made Angelina stand out was that I never felt she was simply trying to “sell” me a property or close a deal. Unlike many other agents I dealt with during my search, I felt that her priority was actually to help me find the right home. That difference in approach was very clear and something I truly appreciated.<br><br>She was consistently professional, reliable, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout the process.<br><br>Even after dealing with many different estate agents in London, Angelina was the one who stood out the most. I would absolutely recommend her and GLP, and she will be the first person I recommend to any of my friends looking for a home in London.

18th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)We bought our first home property by Plaza Estates through Rodney Symington estate agent. Rodney ticked all the boxes from our first viewing. Humble, agile, reachable, kind, informative are all qualities that came through in the process. He sees through the buyer's lens as well, not just the seller's. Usually when you kick off conveyancing for a property you're purchasing, estate agents will fall off the grid. Rodney was present every step of the way, facilitating matters when they stalled with the seller's solicitor in a kind, polite and professional matter to keep the ball rolling. Rodney, thank you for making this buying experience in London pleasant for us as first time buyers. For those out there looking to buy or sell, I cannot recommend enough Rodney and Plaza Estates. They will be our first choice in the future.

What stood out most was that she actually listened to my requirements, even though I was being very picky, and only showed me places that genuinely fit what I was after. She was always happy to answer my questions, however many I had, which made the whole process feel easy. I'd definitely recommend her to any of my family and friends.

What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t just acknowledge an issue, she makes an effort to find a solution and follows up when needed to make sure things are sorted.<br><br>From our experience with previous property managers, I feel that Sarese is the right person for this role.
