Despite the market moving at the speed of light, Natasha was a brilliant help for us and managed to get us in to see places which fit our preferences, resulting in a secured agreement just 48 hours after we were in touch. James and Pervin were both fantastic communicators throughout the process of selling my N1 leasehold flat in 2026 – they were knowledgeable, efficient and effective, and it was genuinely a pleasure to liaise with them.<br>Having shopped around for estate agents and found the ‘on paper’ offerings pretty similar, it was their smaller, long-standing sales team that swung my decision – and that really worked for me, as I always knew who I would be picking up the phone to, and I had continuity and expertise on hand throughout the process.<br>Many thanks to both James and Pervin for their help!- 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Ernest was very helpful in getting us smart about the London market and made an effort to help our viewings possible!
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I booked a short-term let through this agency and paid a sizeable upfront fee to arrange a furnished property with an internet connection, bed linen and towels.<br><br>When I moved in, the apartment was only partially furnished, there was no bedding or towels, and the Wi-Fi connection had not been set up. There were also several maintenance issues, including a completely blocked sink.<br><br>It took over a week, along with extensive back-and-forth communication with multiple members of the team, to get everything resolved. The whole experience was poor with the agency from start to finish and particularly disappointing given the fee I had paid for the service. They did eventually return the fee after multiple complaints.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Her extremely quick response times and clear communication ensured we always felt well looked after. She was also wonderfully accommodating, taking the time to meet in person to talk through all my check-out deposit questions.

However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same

The strategy worked - my lovely garden flat in Kentish Town sold in four days with a bidding war. The entire process was Incredibly smooth and Dillen‘s team were so responsive, professional and helpful. I’d like to thank Titilayo, George and Josh for putting up with all my questions and holding my hand throughout the process. They were all fantastic! I honestly, couldn’t David Astburys enough. He did an incredible job throughout the entire process, helping us turn the purchase around in a very short timeframe and guiding us through all the legal work and various steps involved.<br><br>Ivan was extremely professional, responsive and proactive, making sure everything was handled properly and on time. He went above and beyond to keep the process moving and resolve any issues along the way.<br><br>Without Ivan’s help, I genuinely don’t think this purchase would have been possible. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
- 1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I just wanted to share a horrendous experience with Foxton’s of London bridge regarding my sons move<br>We were moving house to Canada water today and paid the fees at the estate agents and the removals van was waiting for the key to be delivered<br>The key was supposed to be delivered there by 2pm. Now this has incurred substantial charges from the removal company for waiting and them dumping the contents outside because there was no key<br>The van they send the key had to pay money to cross the tunnel in London and they delayed the transit to save money<br>I don’t know why they did this but it has resulted now in us still waiting for the key after 2 hrs<br>This is unacceptable from tue estate agents<br>They should have had keys ready when the rent was paid<br>We can’t even get hold of the lady at Foxton’s anymore<br>Not sure what kind of customer service this is ?? I hope to hear from them regarding this asap for compensation of the extra charges we are incurring
