5th May 2026 (5 days ago)The lift in our building has been out of service since mid-January - it is now May, over 3.5 months later. I live on the top floor. In that time, I have called and messaged the management agent roughly once a month. The responses have consistently been either “it will take another few months” or “we don’t know.” As of last week, they told me the contractor has only just begun ordering parts - with no estimated repair date. At no point has there been proactive communication to tenants. Every update I received, I had to chase. For what should be a standard building repair, the lack of urgency and transparency has been really poor. It’s worth noting that a lift outage of this length isn’t just an inconvenience - for elderly or disabled residents, it can be genuinely serious. That alone should warrant more urgency than has been shown here. Three and a half months without a working lift (and still no answer) is not acceptable property management.

He is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable estate agent who gave a lot of his time, with a nothing is too much attitude. With so many estate agents in London doing a very average job, Joe stands out as breath of fresh air. Thanks and well done Joe! 10/10.
25th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for a flat advertised on Rightmove, only to find that the property looked nothing like the photos or floor plan in the listing. When I called to question this, I was told the wrong images had been uploaded “by mistake.” This is completely unacceptable and feels deliberately misleading. It wasted my time and gave the impression of highly unprofessional conduct. Listings should accurately represent the property — anything less borders on false advertising.

Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.

The whole team was great, but I especially want to mention Lee and Arzu – they were both so kind, genuine and professional throughout the process of finding a flat for me and my partner in East London. It made everything much less stressful knowing I was dealing with people I could really trust. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.

We had a very smooth purchase process because of his professional attitude and his capability to manage the relationship between us and our new home developer. 25th Sep 2019 (6 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

Checkout was smooth and 2 years following leaving the property he reached out to us to arrange a refund for a hot water overpayment we had made but were completely unaware of. Trustworthy and helpful.

Throughout, he was very accommodating, allowing access to my architects and tradespeople even prior to completion to allow me to make the necessary judgements for the renovation. I would highly recommend his services.

1st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a great experience with AZ Real Estate (especially with a real estate agent Darya), who helped me buy my first home in London. It was my first experience in this area; therefore, I had a lot of questions. Darya from AZ Real Estate was with me from the beginning to the end when I received my keys. She was extremely helpful and always answered my calls/messages within minutes which made the whole process less stressful. Due to some problems on the seller's side the final step was delayed; however, Darya did everything to speed up the process. I would certainly recommend AZ Real Estate if you are looking to buy a new property.
