Communication was always kind and professional, and they were very patient with us as this was my partners first time renting and we had not done this process completely on our own before. They’ve always responded to any phone calls or emails quickly, and went above and beyond to help us move in as soon as possible. Everything we needed information on was already provided. Would highly recommend to new or young renters as they always seem happy to help.

From the very beginning, they were incredibly kind, positive and understanding - something that truly set them apart from what people often expect of estate agents. They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable. Their professionalism was equally impressive. The property was sold to the first viewers, which speaks volumes about their expertise, preparation and approach. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sam and Russell to anyone. He made the process so easy and stress free, even jumping on a long distance call while we were in the US to get the ball rolling on our mortgage application. Couldn't fault his service and would recommend him to everyone!

2nd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)We had a good viewing experience with Karen and communication with Helen was brilliant - very helpful and responsive with an issue we had after offer accepted. Communication with Sam was good, however we did have a negative experience with her early on where she spoke to my other half and our mortgage advisor very rudely because we chose to move our survey to a different day. Exchange and completion went smoothly and overall I would recommend Perry Bishop Tetbury to others.

Then it went very quiet and I had to call to see if anything was happening and how the market was doing.
