More recently, I attended and contacted the branch directly to raise a concern and was disappointed with the response I received. While my earlier transactions were handled professionally, this later interaction left me feeling disappointed.

Everyone there is helpful, professional and friendly. Evie is particularly lovely and is always happy to answer my (many) questions! When I explained to Evie that I have ADHD she was incredibly understanding; she's very patient, calm and professional - but also really bubbly and down-to-earth which always puts me at ease. I find phone calls hard at times but I'm never nervous when Evie picks up the phone, I feel listened to and understood. I'm truly thankful for her and feel Patrick Gardner are extremely lucky to have her in their team. I look forward to continuing with Patrick Gardner for as long as I am renting. Thank you all of you in the lettings team - you're all amazing. Rosie

They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Rafferty and Picards enough. Their video of our house showed it at it’s best. The advice that Paul and John gave us on the way was invaluable. From the offer we had in September to our move in January, it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. They were both professional and helpful in all aspects and kept us updated on a regular basis. Many thanks John and Paul for reducing our stress levels during this time.

Aidan went out of his way to facilitate things, especially helping my mum who is 82, taking things round for her to sign, and visiting the property on a Sunday to make sure everything was in place.
