3rd Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Profit oriented only! They don’t care about any damage that can caused to people life’s. The level of professionalism fell well below expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.I will not recommend their services and would recommend strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and responsive agency. Ps : don’t bother replying with a standard message, because already know your answer.

20th May 2024 (2 years ago)We rented with Parry and Drewett for almost 4 years, they were reliable and attentive, always working with the landlord to resolve any maintenance issues as and when they arose. The Surbiton team are friendly and honest, we couldn’t recommend enough.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

Every member of the team we dealt with did a great job. Victoria is very professional and cooperative! Jodie is truly one of a kind! She is the agent who understood best the kind of property and standing we were looking for. She's perspicacious, proactive, kind, patient and perseverant. And Goia is very attenti and authentic. They go beyond professionalism, which is very pleasurable and quite rare to find...
9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)If i could give zero stars I would. I currently live in a flat where Wallakers are in charge of the building maintenance. I have had an ongoing leak for 8 months now, causing water to come out of plug sockets and black mould on damp walls. Trying to get anything resolved with this company is extremely difficult, it took months for someone from this company to even step foot into our flat to assess anything. 8 months on and they have apparently 'fixed' the leak from the upstairs balcony, without informing us or requesting to check if the leak had stopped, the walls are still not drying out, and after a very rude visit, they respond that it must be condensation causing the water in the walls.<br>Every interaction with a representative from this company has been disappointing and we are left feeling like we are going to just have to live with the damp and mould.

We now have a new tenancy in the area we wanted due to the great communication and speed of setting up visits for the family.- 3rd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)On deciding to rent my property i selected Dexters in Surbiton. The service and speed to market the property was fast and efficient. within days everything was managed ,certificates. Inspections etc. I had to do virtually nothing. Within 2 weeks contracts with a suitable tenant was ready. Thanks to the agent who handled everything so professionally. Elin Shepherd.

I'd like to give all the members of the team at Winkworth Surbiton a shout out with Ryan in particular who had assisted us during the whole process. He is a true professional who excels at what he does and is a credit to the company! Every step of the way he was reassuring from showing us around the property, answering questions, displaying knowledge of the area and providing us with updates on the property.

I spent most of my time dealing directly with Jade, I'd like to say it was a pleasure, she was incredibly helpful throughout what was a prolonged process and kept me updated all the way. Whenever there was an issue she was first to resolve it. Equally, Nathaniel stepped in when Jade was unavailable to oversee and assist with some challenges along the way.<br><br>Everyone I spoke to at Kaybridge across both offices were incredibly polite, helpful and professional throughout.
