We booked the viewing in the morning, had a look over the place in the afternoon, sent an offer the next day, and got accepted in like one hour later. We are very satisfied with the flat and truly appreciated the lightning speed at which Emily, her team, and the landlord handled everything throughout the process. Thank you!

Ken, Jo (and Jamie I think the other person's name was) were quick to take action as soon as I approached them after a poor experience with a different local estate agent. Immediate viewings, quick turnarounds with feedback. Really, really impressive communication and it was such a difference like black and white between this estate agent and the previous one. If I ever had to sell again I wouldn't hesitate to go with Curchod's. Highly recommended! 9th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Had an absolutely appalling experience with Ben the Head of Lettings and Molly the negotiator. We were misled and coerced towards making a certain offer. Even though an offer mad made there were lies and a complete lack of transparency in the way our offer was handled. The lies continued while trying to justify their position. A subject access request has been raised to prove their lies and a formal complaint is being made with progression to the ombudsman. Unfortunately we’re still left in the detrimental position without the property, with no responsibility or accountability being accepted by the agents. Take extreme care when dealing with lettings in this office.

Ellisons gave good advice when marketing our property. They were persistent and remained positive when our sale fell through due to problems with the buyer's related sale. They negotiated well when issues arose over the price. They chased solicitors, buyer and their related sale to keep progressing the sale. We would recommend Ellisons for a house sale in Raynes Park.
