We learned so much from him, and his honest, genuine advice really stood out. We absolutely loved one of the properties we viewed, but rather than rushing us into a decision, David encouraged us to keep looking at other options to make sure we find the perfect home for us. That level of care and professionalism meant a lot.<br><br>David made us feel comfortable, supported, and never under any pressure. He has been by far the best estate agent, and we can’t thank him enough for all of his help and guidance. Julie was professional, responsive, and kept me well-informed at every stage of the process. She went above and beyond to help resolve issues quickly, including chasing up matters with the seller to ensure a smooth completion. I particularly appreciated her clear communication and guidance, which made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. 19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We honestly cannot recommend Jigsaw highly enough<br><br>Having now both bought and sold through them, we've experienced the process from both sides and if we were doing it all again, we'd choose Jigsaw in a heartbeat<br><br>Our sale was far from straightforward. There were plenty of twists, setbacks and moments where we genuinely questioned whether we wanted to continue at all. Throughout the entire process, David was an/our absolute rock. Estate agent almost feels like the wrong job title at this point - he became a mediator, advisor, problem solver, sounding board and occasionally the person talking us back from the brink when things felt impossible<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble. David was always there with honest advice, reassurance when we needed it and a level of patience and support that went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. He guided us through every hurdle and helped keep us sane during what could have been a very stressful experience<br><br>We also want to give a huge thank you to Rebekah and Nina, who have both been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Between viewings, updates, phone calls and countless conversations over the last year or so they've always been friendly, professional, approachable and genuinely invested in helping things move forward<br><br>The thing that stands out most about Jigsaw is that you never feel like just another transaction. Having not moved for 38 years they certainly gave us confidence during the whole process. From our initial meeting with Dan who valued the house and showed such enthusiasm for it & also kept in constant contact with us, we knew we had chosen correctly. When Dan went on Paternity we then dealt with both Brian & Nick if we had any questions and they replied almost immediately. Everything was straightforward until the last few weeks when we had a few hiccups approaching exchange but they sorted everything out, kept in constant contact and finally ‘got us over the line’! We move next week and are so excited! We want to say a huge thankyou for all of their help, making this move a pleasure! We could not have asked for more and cannot recommend them enough!

During that time, they have helped us sell the same property on three separate occasions as circumstances changed and transactions fell through for reasons outside anyone's control. They have always been transparent, honest, responsive, and incredibly accommodating.
