14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

21st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

He came out promptly to value my property, provided a realistic and well-informed appraisal, and made the whole process smooth and professional from the very start.<br><br>Ibraheem handled the listing brilliantly, and I’m delighted to say the property sold quickly thanks to his expertise and proactive approach. Throughout the sales progression, Rebecca was also brilliant – she was responsive, helpful, and kept everything moving forward without any stress.<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling, I couldn’t recommend Ibraheem and the Bagshaws team more highly. The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.

30th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
