19th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, Fiona was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.

Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for her clients really shine through.

We are so grateful to Fiona for helping us find our dream home. We genuinely don’t think we’d be where we are today without her guidance and expertise. Thank you to Fiona and the whole team for making everything run so smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Five-star service from start to finish!
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)This is the third time we've worked with Move Revolution, having previously sold our flat through them and purchased our current home with their help. Most recently, they sold our property remarkably quickly.
A huge thank you to Paul and the team for their professionalism, support, and excellent communication throughout. The transition team was fantastic and kept everything moving smoothly, making the whole process far less stressful.
We couldn't recommend Move Revolution highly enough. Their expertise, dedication, and customer service are second to none. Five stars! ?????
10th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)He's been my agent for many years. Always willing to help and provide excellent customer service and support in any situation. Highly recommended.
Garnham H Bewley - East Grinstead
73-75 London Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1EQ
(12 reviews)
16th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.
4th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)terrible attendance. I was attended by a gentleman and I was very embarrassed. I felt like rubbish. me and my husband were treated like nothing. I believe because we are immigrants. I do not recommend this agency to anyone!
26th Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Ben, Jake & Clare are amazing. They handled everything for me. Everything was clearly explained. I would definitely recommend.
8th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)The communication with the staff (Hayley) was first rate. Not only was she knowledgeable about selling my property but she was a mine of information on areas I was unfamiliar with. This sale was my mother’s home before she passed and I was clueless!
15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We didn't sell, had hardly any viewings. They said the market was bad at the moment which may have been the case, but it was more the lack of communication that made us decide to try someone else.
29th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Poor communication and eager to stop price after just 2 weeks
14th Oct 2019 (7 years ago)I use De Vere as my Letting Agent for a property we have in the family that we rent out. They have always been very good, efficient and great value.
25th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Very friendly service and honest review of our property and pricing. Feedback on property viewing not always forthcoming and have to be chased.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Homes Partnership were realistic in their valuation of my property rather than giving inflated figures to get the business and then asking you to reduce the price to enable the property to be sold. Their adverts are good including giving a 360 degree tour of the property. They promote the property well and give regular feedback on the number of online views as well as physical viewings.
Will use again- 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Many thanks to Jack and the team for their continued support and professionalism. All of our emails and queries were responded to within minutes, communication was flawless.
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The photos were excellently selected and the discription on property matched our request to manage potential buyers expectations as a result we had an accepted offer witihin a week.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Nate and the team were very helpful when going through the process to rent a property. We have been here a few months now and have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you :)
7th Jun 2026 (20 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)He's been my agent for many years. Always willing to help and provide excellent customer service and support in any situation. Highly recommended.
28th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Dealing with Aiden & the Team at Mayhews has made selling my property a lot easier.. They are very helpful & professional ..

16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
26th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)No communication at all, disappointing. I would not recommend.

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Very friendly knowledge and helpful agents. They made everything run smoothly during what is a very stressful time. Cannot reccomend them enough, if you live in East Grinstead I would definitely suggest using them to sell.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I have been dealing with Maggie Silcock at Connells in East Grinstead who has been both friendly and professional. Having provided her with the relevant criteria for the type of property that we are interested in, she quickly responded with details of a number of properties, two of which we have already viewed. Maggie also has excellent communication skills, and we look forward to receiving details of other possible properties in the future.- 1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)A huge thank you to Jay for being there for us throughout a very up and down journey. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more support, patience and great communication along the way. You went above and beyond to keep things moving and always made us feel like we were in safe hands and kept in the loop, We’re so grateful for everything you did to help us finally get there — thank you so much!
