We originally went to view a different property, but Martin mentioned that another house would soon be coming onto the market. After viewing it, we fell in love with it and ultimately went on to buy it, so we’re really grateful that he brought it to our attention.<br><br>From the very beginning, Martin was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help things progress, regularly communicating with the vendors and both sets of solicitors, particularly when things were moving more slowly than expected.<br><br>Martin and his colleague Mark were instrumental in helping to keep the purchase on track when delays from the solicitors threatened to slow things down. Martin was also a great help when our structural survey raised a few points of concern, liaising with the vendors on our behalf and helping us work through the issues.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin or Ashton White to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish, and a real credit to the estate agency. Thank you, Martin and Mark, for all your help in getting us into our new home!

They have been so thorough in helping us find somewhere and constantly providing us with options in our price range and requirements, they were also so accommodating with viewings and fitting us in around working hours etc!<br>Katy Tompkin has been an angel and helped us secure our rental property that will now become our first little home! Both Katy and Abby have been so efficient and made the whole process so clear and quick! As first time renters it was so nice to have such a lovely experience! Thank you both! ?????? x

Nicola was Fantastic! The best sales progressor I have dealt with across my previous 3 house purchases and sales. She was on the ball with chasing solicitors (there was a lot of this required) and providing updates and provided a really high quality service! Thank you both for all of your help.

They made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free.<br><br>I can’t recommend The Property Specialists highly enough. A genuine 5-star service from start to finish.
8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

As a probate sale and given that we live some distance from Wickford, I have to say that they were professional, compassionate and helpful throughout. They really went the extra mile. I would highly recommend them.
