Incredible service from Aston White from start to finish. Martin was great. Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door... My family and I would truly recommend Alex and the team at the Wickford branch. They have been very helpful and informative all the way through the sale of my mother’s house . Luckily, we sold it very quickly thanks to Bradley, who came to view the property and was very confident that it would sell .. indeed he was right, the first viewers bought it !! I also have to thank Natasha, who kept us fully updated as the sale progressed, sending emails on a weekly basis … also Caroline and indeed Alex that came in towards the end of the sale … what more can I say … a truly great team that pull together to help the sale go through smoothly and indeed it did!!
