We originally went to view a different property, but Martin mentioned that another house would soon be coming onto the market. After viewing it, we fell in love with it and ultimately went on to buy it, so we’re really grateful that he brought it to our attention.<br><br>From the very beginning, Martin was knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to deal with. He was never pushy and always made us feel comfortable throughout the process. He went above and beyond to help things progress, regularly communicating with the vendors and both sets of solicitors, particularly when things were moving more slowly than expected.<br><br>Martin and his colleague Mark were instrumental in helping to keep the purchase on track when delays from the solicitors threatened to slow things down. Martin was also a great help when our structural survey raised a few points of concern, liaising with the vendors on our behalf and helping us work through the issues.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin or Ashton White to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I'm afraid that I would have to advise people to avoid using Quirks - we found them to be very poor at communicating, they don't really understand how to match buyers to properties, they don't advertise on Zoopla or on the Market and they came across as quite unprofessional. Buying and selling a property is stressful and quite emotionally exhausting thing to do and they don't seem to get this at all. They didn't seem to make any effort to sell out property but thankfully when we ended our contract with them and put it on the market with another estate agents, it was bought by the first person that walked through the door
