I’d like to mention a few names. Micheal, Lauren, Mark and Sue have been so helpful working so hard to get all the forms filled out and work through all the issues we’ve had. Thank you so much guys. ParaBar clearly have in-depth knowledge of the local market, and this led to our house selling quickly and for more than other agents had indicated. Wayne in particular was excellent - he was always friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond. It was our first time selling and he carefully guided us through the process, even doing all he could to help us secure our onward purchase. Wayne was easy to contact when needed, but also gave us regular updates and advice throughout. Overall an excellent experience, and a much better one that we had anticipated. We'd easily recommend Wayne and ParaBar to anyone looking to buy or sell in Billericay.

She was so welcoming and informative she made us feel so comfortable. Luckily we ended up being successful and our offer was accepted. The whole process so far has been so incredibly smooth. Couldn't recommend them enough!

22nd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)Although I think my house was overvalued somewhat at the very start of the process (but, to be fair, another agent valued it at the same sum) once things got going Oscar organised countless viewings by potential clients, always staying cheerful in his many communications and follow-ups. When a sale had been achieved, the job was handled by Tanya Keene and, my goodness, this is where the agency came into their own. I was saddled with a very problematic buyer and Tanya was absolutely tenacious in fighting my corner to get an exchange completed. She worked with incredible energy and terrific teamwork with my solicitor to achieve a result, sometimes against what seemed like insuperable odds. It was an incredibly stressful period but that was in no way whatsover due to Tanya or Douglas Allen who pulled out every stop to achieve what was, in the end, a very smooth completion - once the exchange period was over. She went out of her way to ensure a viewing for us before a family trip to Scotland & she was right when saying it was right for us. The rest of the team in Wickford have been great as well but Caroline desrves all the credit for finding us our perfect home. Thanks again to all involved

They have provided a fantastic service by communicating clearly, being friendly and helpful, and always taking the time to respond to any queries or issues. Compared to other letting agents I have been with, this is by far the best one out there. Ben Vainola was super helpful during my time as a tenant. If I ever had any requests or queries Ben would always be quick to respond with a solution. I always felt reassured by having Ben as my letting agent as he was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. Ben would even respond out of hours and was always quick to resolve any concerns or answer any queries.

14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)We haven't had to go through the nightmare of moving house for over forty years but we survived the emotional roller coaster this time round thanks to Stanton Hockett. Not easy for two eighty year olds I must admit who simply want to go live near their daughter up north! We approached the move with trepidation but their approach from the outset was totally re-assuring and empathetic. Tom started the ball rolling with his no fuss approach and we then graduated to the big guns, Brad & Gavin, after they found us a young couple to buy our treasured family home. They might have been a dating agency so suited to us were our young buyers. As apparently often occurs our journey through the legal processes to exchange and completion took us between peaks of elation to valleys of frustrated despair and back again but they were there to support us when we needed it. Thank you Tom and Lewis, thank you Gavin and most of all thank you Brad for your impeccable service to us in the sales progression stage. We are on our way now and feeling a whole lot better about our future.
14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)They sold a property (our next door) they left the signage right next to our car - it was clearly not installed properly - it fell over and damaged the paint on our car. We did speak to them and they passed us to the signage company - both companies are not happy to cover the cost of damages or provide insurance details for us to recoup our loss. They do not respond to our emails. Not very ethical company.

She provided updates, and offered support, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Which is a big plus for us as first time buyers. Ms Bonita was genuinely invested in helping us find our dream home. She took the time to understand our needs and preferences, guiding us through every step of the buying process with patience and expertise. We appreciated her honest advice, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured considering the short time scale we had when applying for the mortgage. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ms Bonita to anyone in need of real estate services!
