Very dissapointed with Leaders Estate agents in Crewe. Viewed a property, made an offer. Offer was accepted then I was informed I had to pay a £96.00. Fee for a credit check on myself (Not told about this until the offer was accepted so much for no hidden extras.) Had a phone call today to say the vendor had pulled out of the sale, I feel I have been ripped off as they will not refund the fee I have paid, has anyone else had a similar experience. I am considering taking this through the small claims court so any other thoughts would be appreciated... Read more
