We have had an extremely efficient and supportive service at every step of the way, and Tammy you were instrumental in solving the last minute issue which meant that the sale was not lost.<br><br>We would also give a special mention to Harry in lettings who was fantastic in dealing with the tenants exit, the technical and legal lettings advice he gave us, and the seamless way he worked with the sales team to coordinate everything that needed to be done was excellent.<br><br>We are very impressed and would absolutely recommend RMJ sales and lettings services.<br>Thank you ??????

30th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Ryan was very helpful and kept us updated as things developed. He guided us to put our property on to the market at a realistic price. Within 3 weeks we had 6 viewings and an acceptable offer. Michael was also instrumental in achieving the offer we have accepted.
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood, particularly with Anne Underdown, was very disappointing. Throughout the purchase process, communication was poor, updates were often delayed, and we frequently felt misled or unnecessarily kept waiting.<br><br>Despite the seller being genuinely motivated to complete the sale and progress matters quickly, we saw very little proactive support from the agency to help move things forward. Instead of helping coordinate between parties and reduce delays, the process often felt slower and more frustrating because of the lack of clear communication and follow-up.<br><br>As buyers, we were consistently chasing for updates ourselves, while dealing with unclear or sometimes contradictory information. Buying a house is already stressful, especially as first-time buyers in the UK, and we expected far better support, transparency and professionalism from the estate agent.<br><br>Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I believe there is significant room for improvement in communication, honesty and proactive case management.

29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Had a wonderful experience with wards Kenny was great and with us every step of the way until we sold and then it passed over to the wonderful Kim she was so helpful helped me though with support and always on the other end of the phone or email any problems big or small Kim was brilliant at helping and was fantastic when we thought the chain was going to fall through she went out of her way to make sure that everything was staying back on track would highly recommend and a massive thank you to Kim for always being there for me to have a rant at and keeping things going

25th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Criena at Heritage Estates did a great job in securing the sale of my fathers house......She was on the ball and pushed others in the housing chain when things needed to be given a 'bit of a push....She communicated well and was always available and replied to telephone calls and e mails when required....Many thanks Criena ! good luck in the future .!...thoroughly recommended.

17th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)The brochure experience - prepaid - was poor and when l finally did get a copy l found it had yet another error. Nobody ever apologised for all the errors. They continued to market the house after the contract expired. l asked them to cease and to acknowledge that they had done so - nobody bothered to reply.
