8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have dealt with Robert at Hunters for the last few years, They do a great job looking after my rental properties and have always been professional, helpful and reliable. Would definitely recommend them.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We were asked to leave a review for our experience with Lancasters on the day we picked up the keys. I did not feel like I could without retaliation while the tenancy was active. We primarily dealt with Daniel White and the agency's managing director, Kevin Crossfield.<br><br>We had a viewing where we were verbally informed the works on the house would be completed. They were not by the time we picked the keys up. Photos attached: incomplete works, visible debris, carpet still covered in plastic to protect from works, ladder left behind in a room, food rubbish still left in the fridge etc. The property needed hours of deep-clean by ourselves. On raising concerns, we were initially met with an understanding of the situation and an assurance to fix this quickly.<br><br>Nearly a month later of constant inspections for remedial work, constant emails, many phone calls of escalation, and formal complaint we managed to get into a position to be able to live in the house. We were told we couldn't cancel the tenancy as it is a fixed tenancy and so it was too late. We were then told it was our fault for wanting to move in on the date we wanted. We were also told we knew what the property looked like on viewing despite clear assurance the works would be completed prior. We were also blamed for being unreasonable that the property had only minor issues, despite the pictures attached. A whole month of rent felt wasteful.<br><br>We were also repeatedly informed that as agents they were only able to act on what the landlords can authorise, which is understandable but they were continuing to take commission from our rent hence also responsible.<br><br>Further problems with the house through the tenancy included: a delayed response to replacing an internal smoke alarm (1 month), a completely missed expired gas certificate where we were contacted nearly a month after the expiration to set a date at which point we had a response a month later to this. At this point we decided to move out and not continue to be involved further.<br><br>Any further evidence to this review would be available as they have all been neatly organised.<br><br>Update: I have noted the reply from Lancasters. The pictures speak a thousand words. This post is to warn other potential customers. I would genuinely avoid this company. It was an incredibly stressful renting process and we were treated very poorly. Things only improved slightly following involvement of the property redress scheme, who was also quite unhelpful overall.
2nd Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Mostly a positive experience, though felt like it could have been smoother - particularly as it was a no chain property with a buyer who didn’t have anywhere to sell, but it still took the best part of six months. The tenant also was buying a property advertised by the agent, but communication was poor between the people at Butchers, so they did not coordinate.

So organised and willing to go one step further for everyone.

She is an absolutely wonderful lady and has been exceptional throughout the sale of my property. What has at times been a stressful and overwhelming process has been made so much easier by Hayley’s kindness, patience, professionalism and genuine care. She has gone above and beyond at every stage, most recently helping enormously to resolve an issue with a fire door, taking the initiative and doing everything possible to find a practical and affordable solution. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Hayley doesn’t simply provide excellent customer service — she genuinely cares about the people she is helping. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her support. Reeds Rains are incredibly lucky to have her. Thank you so much, Hayley — you are an absolute star!

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. 16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

Amber, Hannah and the whole team were excellent throughout the process, they kept us fully informed and their communication was excellent. If we sell another property we will absolutely use Paisleys again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (they are also very reasonably priced.)

She kept me informed throughout the whole process, was always professional, friendly, and happy to help with any questions I had.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Suzanne made everything as smooth as possible with her excellent communication and support. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands.<br><br>If I were selling a house in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use Sanders Estates, and Suzanne would be my first choice.<br><br>Thank you for all your hard work—I really appreciate everything you did to help me buy my new home.
