From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.

6th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Phoned up to enquire on a property they had advised for sale met with a complete lack of interest from the staff member who was not only rude but dismissive, fortunately the house is advertised with another agent where we have been able to since view the property with no hassle! If you are thinking of selling or looking to buy completely avoid these bunch of clowns.

2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I was recently served a notice and Louise has been really helpful and supportive throughout. She has helped me find a lovely new home and the moving process has been very quick, this making things a lot easier for me during what has been a difficult time. Louise and the team have answered all of my questions and have been really friendly. I’m glad I can stay as a tenant with Sally Botham Estates because I know they will look after me and be here to help me whenever I need anything.

20th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We would recommend Bricks and Mortar and would use them again. The cost was great and the photographs/write up used for marketing were excellent. They were accessible throughout the viewing process and responded quickly when we wanted to discuss price and marketing adjustments and actioned these quickly. Once the sale was agreed we were allocated a named member of the team for sales progression who was very pleasant and helpful. Earlier in the sales process they were not as proactive as we might have liked but were amazing in the final few weeks and days when things became more complex and helped us get the sale across the line.
27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I first called Encasa in November 2025 about a property but received no follow-up. I called again first week in January 2026 to arrange a viewing while I would be in the area, but still received no response. My son also called on my behalf and was told to email if it was urgent, even though he explained I was travelling a distance away from Solihull and as I was viewing another house and because they didn't get back to me can I view their house yet there was no follow-up to any of these attempts. This repeated lack of responsiveness caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Serious buyers should be aware that arranging a viewing with Encasa can be very frustrating.

Then throughout the process Matt helped provide updates and the solicitors were great. Fantastic deal experience I will be recommending to everyone and coming back if I want to sell!

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you

24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Awful estates agents. Emails get ignored, when repairs need doing. Only wanting to take the rent each month. Left me with a damp moldy ceiling for over a year. Was without heating in sub 0 temperatures. Avoid at all costs. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. When we lost 2 family members in 4 week Patrick said life goes on! He's a complete waste of space.

This agent doesn't have any reviews- 10th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)NEEDED TO RENT AN APARTMENT.FOUND ONE IN PADFIELD,VIDEO WAS FORGOTTEN,EXCUSE,WE ARE HUMAN. APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE. RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!

If you are looking for an estate agent that you have to constantly chase, who has absolutely no clue, who are rude and arrogant, and tell you complete and utter nonsense, then Reeds Rains Dinnington is the estate agent for you! ???????? Avoid at all costs, especially Andrea and Tammy.
