1st May 2026 (7 days ago)William H Brown have managed my rental property really well over the last few years, and I’ve been so pleased with their service. Debbie in particular has been a fantastic property manager throughout. She’s always prompt with replies and ensuring things are being taken care of, and lets me know of any issues reported by the tenants immediately. She’s been incredibly helpful and proactive with things that need to be arranged (certifications etc), and organising contractors when needed, which has given me great peace of mind during the rental period. It really has been a seamless experience.

At the end, we found ourselves in a deposit dispute with the landlord - the agent (Hollie Parkes) was really objective and unbiased in this whole situation, giving us support all the way through and providing some evidence to support our case. I really appreciate her approach and I never felt like we were left to ourselves.
25th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Review for Anchor Point Apartment (Sheffield) I had an overall disappointing experience with the management of this property. At the end of the tenancy, I was charged £75 for what was described as “light cleaning,” specifically things like skirting boards, despite the entire apartment being cleaned to a reasonable domestic standard before moving out (vacuumed and surfaces wiped throughout). This felt excessive and unfair, especially after a two-year tenancy where normal wear and tear should be expected. Additionally, during the tenancy, an incident occurred where neighbourhood children broke a table, and this was reported. Unfortunately, there was a complete lack of action or follow-up from the management, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the handling of both maintenance concerns and deposit deductions did not feel balanced or tenant-focused. I would advise future tenants to document everything carefully and be prepared for potential disputes at check-out.- 21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Avoid at all costs, consistent chasing them up regarding the status of a property to let and now refusing to return the holding deposit! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

19th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)It’s definitely the best agency I’ve had. I’ve used quite a few across the country, from South to North, and this one stands out. They’re efficient, and the staff are always friendly and helpful, in special Kirsty . Whenever I report a problem in the house, they respond quickly and get it fixed straight away. We also have a cleaner every two weeks, and everything runs smoothly. When I first moved in, both the room and the house were spotless, quite and fully furnished with everything I needed. The whole letting process was straightforward and pleasant. I’m very happy overall. It’s just a shame they don’t have more agencies like this in Beeston.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)I would like to take the opportunity of thanking the staff of Tristrams Estate and letting for the sale of my property. In particular I would like to thank Marta for her professional approach to all the aspects of selling the property, in particular, keeping me informed, negotiating and finally selling the property. After the sale was completed, it was then passed over to kirsten, who overseas the completion of the sale, kirsten deals with the solicitors, on both sides which is quite a difficult task, once again very professional and kept me informed from start to finish, so thankyou once again Mr A Meakin- 3rd Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Avoid!! We have had very little interaction with this Estate agent in 2 months. We were warned not to go with them, lesson learned. They are masisvely understaffed and its very rare the phone is picked up.

There were many hurdles to overcome due to a large chain but our contact Lucy (at the Kimberley office) was brilliant. She chased all the chains solicitors daily. She kept us in the loop (even when the news wasn’t great). Lucy didn’t hesitate to try everything she could to resolve the issues that were completely out of our control. We couldn’t have asked for anymore. She went over and above. She throughly deserves the 5 STAR review. Thank you for your service! Neil & Emma.
