8th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Excellent pre commission valuation and service, little communication after that will very little feedback, could not find my property on Rightmove, and was not updated . withdrew from market, but system not updated 1 month after .
14th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)The property only had about 3 viewings in the whole time. ( about 4 months). They were very positive about the market when we set up the sale., although I do understand it might have been a difficult time to sell. When phoning there was often just an answer machine although they did get back to us quickly. No floor plan was done and some of the photos didn’t show the property in its best light. They were very pleasant and sent regular emails each week to update us.

14th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What an absolute brilliant team. Marc was there to show me round the property. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

6th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)I was forced to live with rats for months and would not sort the problem as soon as I left they put it straight back onto the market I see this property come up on the market every six months due to the same rat problem I’m guessing terrible company! The whole building needs destroying! Rats in every property! Tramps
9th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)Had arranged viewing today, one week in advance. Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. Highly unprofessional. The guy wanted to show me the lifts and communal area which is a joke!

She is efficient, professional, and a genuinely lovely person to deal with. I really appreciated her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.

27th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We first worked with Jordan at Ready Steady Move when we let out our house, and later came back to sell it. The tenants she found looked after the property really well, and when it came to selling, the marketing was excellent - great photos, a brilliant advert and plenty of exposure.<br>It ended up being a particularly long and challenging sale, with several buyers dropping out or causing problems, but Jordan kept going, filtered out time wasters, negotiated offers up to where we wanted them and never gave up on finding the right buyer. Looking back, we've realised there's often a lot going on behind the scenes that you don't always see.<br>Selling a house can be stressful for everyone involved, but we're grateful for Jordan's persistence and hard work in finally getting us over the finish line. We'd happily recommend Ready Steady Move.

9th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)I got the impression this estate agent puts your details on rightmove and then forgets about you until someone enquires about it. Communication is non-existent, had to chase them about getting feedback from each viewing. Initial meetings were great, but as soon as the house was put on the market, the communication stopped.
