They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.

Your email response to my questioning this I could understand & was illiterate. As a professional I expect better than this. The bare minimum you could have done was knock my door, meet me, as arranged face to face & tell me that you deem my property unsustainable for your roster. My experience of dealing with you was deeply disappointing. You're rude, disrespectful & highly unprofessional.

27th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.- 30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We can't praise Emma and the team enough - their communication was excellent, they were considerate and understanding with all negotiations related to my godmother's house. It made what could have been a difficult experience run extremely smoothly - so far! We received 3 offers within a week of the house going on the market.

20th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
