Communications is very important during what can be a stressful experience they were brilliant keeping us informed at all times. Would thoroughly recommend them.

27th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

We have never had such proactive, caring, and personal service from any other agent with moving house. Totally changing the estate agent cliché. So much so I'd love to work with this company myself. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. 100 % highly recommended!

There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. Most importantly, I felt I could truly trust him throughout the entire journey — and that is rare to find in this industry. He didn’t just sell my flat — he went above and beyond to make it happen, and I will always be grateful. 27th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)This estate agents is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the pleasure to come across. After several emails and a phone call we agreed on a date and time to view a property on their books we waited patiently for nearly an hour outside the property at the agreed date and time leaving several voice mail messages on their landline in the office they finally sent me a message (didn’t even call me) with some lame excuse no signal but they managed to pick up my voice mail ok. The message denied any communication even when I sent them the emails they then tried to say I had not confirmed the confirmation email but I had actually spoke to them on the phone how many confirmations did they require I am afraid I could never recommend this agent either for buying or selling they obviously need further training in customer service as theirs is non existent and improvement in their own communication abilities
