Its probably not very often that the purchaser reviews the vendor's estate agents after a purchase and provides a 5-star rating. But I feel Lynn, Sarah and, until her retirement, the inimitable Val are exceptional. We had what appeared to be a simple purchase which through no fault of theirs became very protracted. These ladies kept us sane! They were balanced and sympathetic to both parties and provided honest and clear communication (across the Atlantic in the case of our vendors.) Truly the most amazing experience with the girls in the Gosforth office. Our home went on the market 3 times after buyers pulling out and each time they were straight into action getting it sorted for us. From the minute I enquired they were straight round, with the most competitive fee, and the house was on the market within the week. It took us over a year start to finish to sell, and knowing we were also looking to buy a new house they were always sending us possible properties and I just felt like they were really rooting for us.
