The staff were really helpful throughout the whole process, particularly Madelin who went above and beyond chasing solicitors etc. for us which she didn't have to do. They were always quick to respond to emails and calls. Any delays were no fault of Pattinson and were because of other estate agents or solicitors. Can't fault Pattinson in any way! Thank you all!

From start to finish, she has been absolutely exceptional throughout our house buying journey.<br><br>The process was far from straightforward, with a particularly challenging seller, but Danielle went above and beyond every step of the way. She was relentless in chasing for updates, resolving issues, and keeping everything moving when it felt like progress had stalled.<br><br>What really stood out was her kindness, care, and genuine support throughout the process.
