31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)I have been dealing with Louis for a few months now, and whilst I eventually found my flat elsewhere it is a shame as this guy was so well mannered, so professional and really worked hard that is a shame to have him lose the sale, but as a person a great guy and has been a pleasure to deal with. I thoroughly recommend him.

Unfortunately, we had to withdraw from the purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. Richard is a credit to Connells and when we return to the housing market in the future, we will be heading straight for Connells and hopefully Richard.

The whole team were professional from start to finish and made what can be a stressful process feel so much smoother. Their communication was absolutely brilliant — we were always kept informed and updated, which gave us real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always on hand to answer questions and offer guidance. They also worked incredibly hard to push things forward so we could meet the date we needed, which we really appreciated. It genuinely felt like a team effort, and their coordination behind the scenes clearly made a difference. A huge thank you to everyone at Goadsby Verwood for all your hard work — we’re so grateful for your support in getting our sale over the line!
9th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Not very impressed with the service we received I'm afraid. We decided to sell our property through goadsby as they were the selling agent when we purchased it 7 years previous. They were very proactive, friendly and enthusiastic about the property upon valuation and putting it on the market. After that everything grinded to a slow halt. We were getting 1 viewing a week if we were lucky(!), they used the excuse of "Nobody's in the market for a 2 bed flat at the moment" Communication was poor, leaving it several days to give us any feedback and not returning our calls. We had to request that they allow us to appoint a 2nd agent as they tie you into a 16 week sole agency contract(!!!) - be careful of this! After an agreement over several emails we finally appointed a 2nd agent who got us 2-3 viewings a week and sold the property within 4 weeks!! They didn't even jump into action when we appointed the 2nd agent (you would've thought they'd wanted the sale) - it was like they were non existent, so we removed them altogether from the sale. I recommend avoiding this agency and highly recommend getting in touch with Meyers.
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)If you’re looking to buy or sell, I would highly recommend Simon at Pettengells. Simon is exactly the kind of estate agent you want on your side. When we were searching for our relocation property, he truly left no stone unturned. He regularly contacted us to let us know about properties coming to market and was incredibly proactive throughout the process. In fact, he was the only Highcliffe agent who did this. What really stood out was how carefully he listened to what we were looking for. Rather than sending us every property available and hoping something would stick, he only shared homes that genuinely matched our criteria. More agents should take this approach instead of relying solely on Rightmove enquiries. If we were to sell in the future, we would use Simon in a heartbeat, knowing how thorough, professional, and dedicated he is. Thank you so much to Simon and the whole team for helping make our relocation possible! Charlotte & Ben

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We walked through the door and knew it was going to be our home. It matched exactly to our wish list. She filled us in with all the house details and gave us contacts for useful tradesmen. I would highly recommend Rosella if you are looking to buy in the Ferndown area.
