From the very beginning, our priority was a quick sale — and that is exactly what happened. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Sometimes things could get a little bit slow, but Leaders, our property manager and the staffs, were trying a lot to help us out. All problems were solved eventually. For the future I would definitely like to choose Leaders again!

From booking a viewing to moving in, Carly, Who was the agent responsible for managing the viewings and property while it was on the market for a new tenant, was simultaneously friendly and professional, and effectively communicated any and all details that were needed swiftly, and responded to any questions we had promptly. Me and my wife are very happy with the whole experience.
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Over the last year I have had experience of dealing with around 30 estate agents along the South Coast of England, a number of which were located in Weymouth. Out of all of those companies, Gabby from Beaumont Jones was the most proactive and friendly member of staff who conveyed a genuine interest in assisting me with my property search. She provided regular updates and 'check-in' calls and I'm certain that if I had found a property with Beaumont Jones, the purchase would have been speedy and efficient. I hadn't realised that this was a family run Estate Agency but I'm not surprised. There is definitely a higher level of care and attention to detail than in many of their 'competitors'. Well done and keep up the good work, Gabby!
