7th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

At every stage, we’ve been impressed with the blend of confidence, initiative and expertise shown by the team handling our sale and next purchase. Sophie has been a total star - always keeping things moving and keeping us in the loop too. When the inevitable bumps in the road occurred, Sophie went above and beyond to get us back on track. Highly recommend.
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

They make the experience massively easier. Both showed a high level of knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I would absolutely recommend them, if I could put 6/5 stars I would
26th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We saw a property we liked in ferndown and offered. Our offer was not accepted outright without giving us a chance to rethink the offer like the other agents did.emails back and forth no use. Saw the property had gone for a mere £1000 above our offer. The agent who showed us the property had already decided it was not to be given to us for some strange reason so I am not surprised. Also promised to keep their “ear on the ground “ to let us know if any other property came by in that area. Never heard from them again! Probably they have more clients they exclusively like to cater to so didn’t bother to with us. The property was a lovely one though so happy for whoever got it. But a big thumbs down for this estate agent unless you are one of those kind they wish to cater to. Helena
19th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.- 1st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Emma at Chaffers has been amazing from start to finish. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. We had originally placed our house on the market in April 2024, but we knew our circumstances were difficult and meant a move may not be possible. Lloyd was patient and supportive and when it unfortunately fell through, he reassured us that he would help when we were ready to go again. We put the house back on the market in June 2025 and our experience again was brilliant, will constant and clear communication. Thank you Lloyd for helping us take the next steps in our lives.

She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish.
