15th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)I cannot rate Hearnes high enough for being so professional and helpful, through all the ups and downs I have to say that Sam has been a complete star in every way, my own estates agents were hopeless to say the least but Sam kept me updated with everything and made things happen, I cannot rate this company enough to buy and sell through. We got there in the end and I'm so happy in my new home ??????

1st May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Highly recommended. Matthew is a genuinely lovely man with a depth of knowledge around property and pricing. All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

They were always there to offer advice and support and we never felt like we were alone during the long process. Thankyou so much!
23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.
26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!

2nd Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Beware when they try to push you into their preferred property viewing time by saying 'it might get reserved'.<br><br>This is not true. Landlords choose from a list of interested tenants so you can't reserve a property.<br><br>Then you get ghosted if unsuccessful. Is it that hard to have the courtesy to send an email informing people?<br><br>One agency to avoid in the future.

Throughout the whole time they have been a pleasure to work with, great communication and Kate especially has always been extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

19th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.Morton New - Sturminster

She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. His efficient approach and excellent communication skills were a huge help and it made a very difficult situation much easier to cope with. His intervention at key point of the sale was invaluable in order to keep the process on track. Although I had limited communication with his team they were also very helpful and responsive. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Mudeford Estate Agents.
