We were interested in moving from Surrey to Weymouth and Craig was amazing at sending over any properties he had, that might be of interest. He also called to see how we were doing regularly. Once we found our dream home Nicky in the progression team took over and was outstanding, nothing was too much for her. She was on top of everything and took away so much stress by liaising between estate agents and solicitors etc. We really felt reassured that all was taken care of. Definitely 5* service from DOMVS all around!

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. Thank you to the whole team for making my first home purchase such a positive one.

Maisie and Daniel kept us well informed and were always (within reason ??????) on hand for information and advice. They were never less than pleasant and professional. I’d happily recommend Boatwrights for buying and selling in the Tisbury area.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Terrible estate agent to deal with, one of the worst I have encountered and experienced. Very poor communication and awkward to deal with. Purchased a property through them and buying a house can be challenging at the best of times and they made this process even harder. Plenty of notice was given to them in relation to locating or supplying keys to the windows as these were all locked and presented a potential fire hazard. Supplying the window keys was left to the last minute, just prior to exchange of contracts and completion and the vendor who was selling the property was pushing for a completion deadline and Jordan Marks were not helping in the slightest despite numerous email communications. They even wanted me to exchange and complete prior to this matter being resolved. Avoid this estate agent at all costs. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful, appalling service and communication.

Although we weren’t his clients, we still felt like he cared and would always endeavour to respond to any queries or concerns we had.
