11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Persuaded by them to change from another agent & wished we hadn't. Poor communication,- we constantly had to chase them for any information. Messages from us were not passed on. Often found information from them to be incorrect. Generally felt unsupported& uninformed.

Our property was sensibly priced following their advice, attracting several viewings and securing an acceptable offer after 1 week on the market. We were kept informed throughout the process and really felt they had our back but also supported the buyer. Would highly recommend this estate agent based on our experience.

9th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Corbens in Swanage have been amazing selling our House and keeping me calm. They are like a warm blanket and nothing was too much trouble for them. I went in probably every other day stressing about nothing really and they were wonderful. All of them work together like a lovely family. I dealt with Kelly mainly who is completely knowledgeable about the whole process and the solicitors role. She was like my therapist too.

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Selling our parents' home with Forum was an excellent decision. We hoped we would have a supportive estate agent and we were not disappointed. From the first meeting Martin was enthusiastic about selling the property, shared very useful advice, understood the sensitivity required following a recent bereavement and was indeed very supportive. The photographs presented the house and garden beautifully and we were very happy with the brochures. He provided feedback following the viewings which we took on board and it was this advice, that I believe, clinched the deal. Working with Martin motivated me to keep moving forward and change things within the house to appeal to a wider audience. Communication via WhatsApp ensured we knew when viewings would be happening, and speaking on the phone was also really important, to share information and ideas. I also spoke with Ashley a couple of times which I found very helpful. Martin's enthusiasm and positivity about the house and it's potential ensured the perfect family bought the property and we are delighted with how it has all worked out. Thank you.- 9th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Had a valuation today from Paul Barron of Connells Weymouth…… I was very impressed. He arrived on time, was impeccably dressed and polite and also asked if it was ok and then removed his footwear as he entered my property…. What a gent ! He had obviously been working hard since I booked the appointment. I thought he would just turn up , look around and give a market “ guestemate ” !!!! He produced a dossier of other properties that were recently on the market, similar to mine and of what value they were on for and on what the initial selling price was and time periods of sale. So I could get a guide of the current market situation. He explained what Connells was all about and also future costs if I decided to go ahead with them , and put my property on the actual market. There was no pushyness, no sales pitch, just straight honest information, making me feel at ease in what can be a daunting situation. If you can’t decide what estate agent to choose, as there are quite a few in Weymouth. I would definitely suggest you give Connells a try. In my opinion 100% professional. Pleasure to meet you Paul. The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
