5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time
29th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)My experience with Walker Laird was very good. We gave them the keys for the house and they showed everyone round the property. Arranging all of the viewings themselves. The house sold within 2 weeks without any problems.

The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. A special mention to Vijay, who showed us around the property. He was incredibly professional and welcoming. He gave us plenty of time to look around without any rush and was clear about all the details. It's easy to see that they take customer care very seriously. I'd highly recommend AVJ Home Letting to anyone looking for a rental property!

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I received a first class service from AB Property Consultants from the start to finish.<br><br>From Alex at my initial meeting to discuss selling my flat, to Lesley & Corey dealing with my flat sale & viewings of other houses.<br><br>Also the professional photography, videos & drone shots they did of my flat were great. They give buyers the first impression of your place, so you want it to be of good quality, which it was.<br><br>I had my first viewer on 23rd July & my flat was sold at closing date on 11th August. So a super service! Thanks.

Their communication was excellent throughout the process and I was constantly kept in the loop with the progress and what the next steps would be. I would highly recommend.

From Day 1, there was no 'Sales' pitch, just honest good advice and i immediately trusted them - they new the market inside out! The sale of our flat was slightly complex but we worked through a strategy together and the outcome exceeded all our expectations. WE worked together and they made it so easy for us. This allowed for excellent communication. Lauren was exceptionally great, always at the end of the phone, offering advice and reassurance. We were lucky to buy our forever home but would absolutely recommend Caledonia Bureau to family and friends. 10/10 service!

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)My mum and I just had a horrible experience with an agent at this agency. As newcomers to the UK, we attended a viewing and asked standard questions afterward regarding our family setup (a situation we were completely upfront and clear about before we even booked the viewing by the way!).<br><br>While the agent initially answered questions normally, her attitude completely flipped when we tried to explain our family's rooming needs. Instead of clarifying the tenancy guidelines when we were thinking of solutions (as our situation is complex) she became rude, confrontational, and repeatedly accused us of lying. When I stood up for ourselves and told her to stop insinuating we were being dishonest, the situation escalated into a shouting match and she ordered us to leave.<br><br>I am normally the least confrontational person ever and always avoid conflict, but her hostile energy and accusations forced me to stand up for my family and tell her to stop calling us liars.<br><br>Sure, the agent of course knows better than us when it comes to letting rules, but accusing us of bullshit and being completely hostile when we were just trying to explain our situation is disgusting. I strongly advise other renters, especially international families, to avoid this agency.
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We recently started renting with Property Bureau (Bearsden) and it is safe to say they are a wonderful team, who are very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of beginning our journey renting the company. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I rented through this branch (Slater Hogg & Howison, West End). The landlord served a Notice to Leave and I ended the tenancy early. Since checking out in August, getting my unused rent refunded has been slow and frustrating.<br><br>The refund took many weeks and repeated chasing.<br>The branch confirmed a refund amount in writing, but a later head-office complaint response offered a lower amount without a clear explanation of the difference.<br>I received conflicting answers from different people and was passed between the branch and head office.<br>As of 20 October 2026, I have not received the rent refund.<br><br>I have a formal complaint open and will update this review once it is resolved. Clearer communication and prompt handling of client money would have made a big difference.<br><br>Update: the rent refund was eventually paid on 22 October, after several weeks of chasing and a formal complaint.
