5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Very bad experience, I just moved from London to Glasgow, and was looking an apartment near my work place, got to one of the listings and went for viewing through property bureau, Rachel Brown emailed me about the confirmation and everything, but when I went to the location in Balloch 1 riverside court, there I met some other lady bcoz Rachel was on leave she took me to the apartment and told me to view by my self and she left.<br>After 3 days Rachel emailed me the application from I sent the form bcoz I was in need of a house, then again after few days she emailed me for holding deposit which is illegal in Scotland so I asked her to explain bcoz there are scammers also but after more than a week today she emailed me asking “ do you want to go forward” like what an unprofessional behaviour if you guys don’t want to then don’t waste our time
22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We had a great experience with Charlie from harbour he let us know what was happening throughout the process very helpful in every way sold our property very quickly and got over the asking price also the girl in the office was lovely and so helpfull as we are older and haven't delt with selling for many years they were so helpfull couldn't get any better treatment or service.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Estate agents generally get bad press; my experience of Slater, hogg & howison is VERY different. My dealings have been with the Shawlands branch, through whom I recently purchased my flat. They have been: unfailingly helpful; conducted the viewing in a friendly and knowledgeable way ( not my universal experience with other estate agents covering this part of Glasgow); highly responsive in getting answers to all my questions; and efficient in handling all aspects of the buying process.<br>I would unhesitatingly recommend them. My sincere thanks to Ellenor and her team.<br>PS Just in case you’re wondering, they did not invite me to make this review, I offered to write one because they deserve praise for the way they conducted business with me.

From start to finish I felt in good hands. My mortgage advisor (Alana) was great, she walked me through the process in our first meeting and it really helped demystify the whole thing for a first time buyer like me. Additionally, the viewing agent was really friendly and helpful, with a good amount of local knowledge. Overall I’m really happy with the service I received from Alan & Harris Paisley and would totally recommend.

We agreed that I would authorise with Brutish Gas through my home care contract. Morgan reacted quickly letting the tenant know and the repair happened within 24 hours. 12th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)I cannot recommend Irene and her team at Your Move Hamilton highly enough!<br>Having spent over a year viewing properties and navigating what I’ve found to be a really tough market as a buyer, dealing with Irene and her team has been an absolute breath of fresh air. Their communication is fantastic, every member of the team is friendly, approachable and helpful, and Irene herself has gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I’ve never felt like I was just another potential buyer, they are extremely supportive and you can feel that they genuinely care. Thank you so much to Irene and the whole team!

When my husband and I embarked upon this journey, we could not have anticipated the bumps along the way. The experience of Alison and Daniel has really helped us to get to where we are today. Daniel has literally gone above and beyond. We never doubted that he was as invested as us. No request has ever been too great. The professional yet personal approach has made a massive difference during a time of much uncertainty. We cannot recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for their service.

24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

She was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process of selling our home.<br><br>Our property was sold at closing within a week, and we achieved an incredible price above the Home Report value. Lesley and the whole team made the process very easy and stress-free for us, providing all the information we needed, answering every question we had, and supporting us through every aspect of the sale.<br><br>We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We recently started renting with Property Bureau (Bearsden) and it is safe to say they are a wonderful team, who are very friendly and professional throughout the entire process of beginning our journey renting the company. Our experience throughout the beginning of the process was very smooth and well communicated, which made everything a lot less intimidating. The team are so lovely and are fantastic at making sure we were in the loop and answering any questions we had. A special mention to Nicky is well deserved too, as she made this experience for us so easy and stress free. We would happily reccomend renting with Property Bureau. Thank you! :)

Their service has been exceptional, definitely exceeded our expectations. As international students studying in Glasgow, it always feels good to know that we’re in safe hands.
